Anick Grange Farm is a working arable and beef farm and we also provide family run bed and breakfast facilities. We have two letting bedrooms and cater for a maximum of four persons. We do not allow smoking on the premises and dogs are not allowed in the house.

As we run a working farm we are normally unable to provide you with access to the house and your guest rooms between 10.00am and 4.00pm as we may be working on the farm. However, if this is important to you please contact us to check first as we are happy to accommodate your requirements if we can.

Location:
Anick Grange Farm is located two miles northeast of Hexham which is situated 22 miles west of Newcastle-upon-Tyne and 37 miles east of Carlisle on the A69. There are good national rail and bus services to Hexham and local bus services stop just a short walk from us.

Parking for your vehicle:
You will approach the farmhouse as you enter through the white gate from the main road to the front of the house where there is parking for three, possibly four, cars on a level gravelled surface. For anyone travelling in a van, truck or vehicle with a trailer there is ample parking space in the yard behind the farmhouse. For cyclists there is secure storage available in a garage with space for six bicycles. For horse riders we can provide stabling for two horses.

To access the farmhouse from the gravel parking area it is approximately 10 meters from your car to the front door and we will be happy to assist you with your luggage.

At the front door there is a 5cm step up into the porch and there is then an 8cm step over the threshold through the door into the farmhouse.

Inside Anick Grange Farmhouse:
The guest lounge is on the ground floor and accessed immediately after the entrance door to the left and you also have your breakfast here.

Bedrooms:
Both bedrooms are located on the first floor accessed by a double flight of steps, 16.5cm high and 28cm deep, with handrail. There are 12 steps to an intermediate landing followed by seven steps to the first floor.

One bedroom has a double bed; the other has twin beds with both rooms having en suite facilities. The rooms also have hospitality trays with electric kettles, TV, Wi-Fi, wardrobe, drawer and cupboard space.

All the guest areas are carpeted throughout.

Due to the age of the farmhouse our premises are generally unsuitable for disabled guests.
